Mama`s Kitchen in Green Valley

Clam chowder was mediocre, service was not very good. Waitress took the order, served it, never checked back and I had to send another waitress to ask for the check. Not impressed.

Great food and Great service! If your in Green Valley Arizona you you should check it out!

This is your down home kind of place. Their menu is simple extensive. Priced low. They serve breakfast and lunch. Close at 2. I had a grand cheeseburger with fries. Wife likes fried okra. Great sandwiches, comfort foods and always with a well trained smiling staff.

Stumbled across this place looking for breakfast. What a wonderful surprise. Place is very small dinner. The service was some of the best I have seen in any restaurant!!! We had breakfast their, I ordered a scrambler and it was one of the best I have eaten! Will definitely go out of my way to make it back, unfortunately I live a few hours away.

They make a good meal. Service was acceptable and friendly. A place to get smaller sized meal while paying slightly higher prices. We'll go back and try the breakfast menu. I hope I'm not making this sound negative in anyway. The food was good. The service was good. You won't leave hungry and you won't leave regreting what you ordered. Sometimes you may leave thinking I make it better at home.

Mama’s Kitchen is a quaint home style cafe located in the middle of a strip mall. The establishment has great service and well portioned servings. The ample menu contains standard south west diner fare with wonderful options for all. I will be back when I’m in the area.

I go there frequently. It is all family and they treat you like family. Good food and good service.

They were not very welcoming, I sat for awhile then asked for a menu. The food was nice. It just felt like I was in a cafeteria not a restaurant.

Had a delicious pulled pork sandwich yesterday with the potato salad. This is a very nice little restaurant with Mama's food and reasonable prices.

This was the most perfect breakfast one could have! Everything was cooked to perfection, and tasted, we, tasted so good we are already planning on returning in the morning.

Such a quaint and intimate establishment. Small dining room, great service. Home- style cooking comfort food. My favorite for breakfast is the waffle with strawberries. For lunch it is one of their HUGE stuffed potatoes. The waitresses there are THE BEST in the business. I want to give a huge shout out to them!!! and the cooks!!! and finally the hostesses!!! Keep up the great work guys.

We were travelling from Tubac to Tucson and decided to stop for breakfast. My husband and I are pretty big breakfast fans. I ordered the Denver omelette and my husband ordered the Biscuits & Gravy. We were really disappointed, especially after seeing a 4+ star rating for this place. The omelette was flat and consisted of mostly ham and raw onion. The home fries/potatoes also had nearly raw onion and green peppers as well. I'm a pretty big baby when it comes to raw onion... for some reason I can eat cooked onion, but raw onion kills my stomach. I also bit into something hard. I think it was a tiny piece of bone. My husband said that the biscuits were hard and took a little extra effort to cut, and that the gravy was very bland. :( Hate giving any kind of breakfast a bad review, because breakfast is like the best meal of the day... but did not have a very good experience.

Good food. Some items priced higher than I'd like, but there's also a good basic breakfast that's priced well. I love the Huevos Rancheros.

Mama's Kitchen feels exactly like that. It feels like you are home with your family. All the servers are super friendly and take care of all your dining needs. Both dishes we ordered were very good and they came out quickly. This is a place only "locals" seem to know about, so it is a well kept secret.

I have attended this restaurant 6 or 7 times over the last four years. We have had breakfast there on 4 occasions and lunch on the others. We have never been disappointed with the quality and quantity of food. It is always excellent. The prices are also great. The staff in each and every occasion has been remarkableDon’t hesitate. Plenty of free parking. Very easy to get to.

Should have went to McDonald's yuck! Potatoes almost raw, onion and peppers in potatoes raw, asked for ham added to my omlet, was charged almost $3 and almost sent back for forgetting the ham, but I found a few pieces, not much for the price. A few days later in Tucson ordered the same type veggie omlet add ham, $.99 and almost to much ham. For $3 there should have been a lot more than a few pieces here and there! Would not recommend for your dog!

Basic comfort food. Always good service. Fair prices, reasonably good menu selection, open for breakfast and lunch. Nothing fancy.
